About Me H.B.
Hi I am Heide and welcome to H.B. Holistic Therapy. I have been a yoga teacher for 25 years and during that time recognized the power of presence and touch when it came to healing the mind, body and Soul. I attended massage school in 2017 and have found a love of helping people through therapeutic touch and presence. I often say my super power is melting people with my hands, which is true as my intention with clients on the table is to take them to a space where they are able to step away from their reality for a little bit and allow the innate ability of their body to heal in a co-creative experience. I am there, you show up, magic happens.

Swedish Massage
Our Swedish massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. We use long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the topmost layer of muscles to promote relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue utilizing slow strokes, elbow/forearm pressure and deep finger pressure on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.
Prenatal Massage
Our prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. Our therapists use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.
Shirodhara Massage
Shirodhara massage is a classic Ayurvedic therapy, which includes pouring of warm herbal oil on the forehead in a continuous stream. The pouring of warm oils stimulates and soothes the hypothalamus, thereby regulating the functions of the pituitary gland and inducing sleep. Ayurvedic Shirodhara therapy is very effective in promoting sound sleep and reducing stress. It is great therapy for the scalp and hair follicles. THIS IS A VERY OILY SCALP TREATMENT in which you will leave with saturated hair. Hair can be toweled and thrown into a bun or wrapped in a head wrap.
